This one is an important development. Veteran designers from the pioneer meetings technology company SeeUThere have built from the ground up a new attendee management/online registration product. It looks very easy to use, but can handle large, complex events. It has full mobile integration so planners can access all attendee/housing data from an iPhone. Free for the first month and then only $49/month/user thereafter with no transaction fees!

Nice appointment scheduling program for events from Elite Meetings.

Mobile application for event networking, lead exchange and more.


Slick webcast and video presentation service. Uses Adobe Flash requiring no downloads. Very nice platform.

Very nice web collaboration (including video) system. Free for up to 20 people. $25/month for up to 50 people. $75/month for up to 1,000 people. Many nice tools in the app.

Digital Collateral
Pick up conference literature, brochures, and course notes using your mobile phone.

Very complete association and large group management system including tools for registration, speaker selection, committee management, content management, links to all types of social media, agenda building, surveys and more. A nice page of screenshots to their functionality is found at: (I wish more technology providers would do this!)

Nice invitation tool for Tweet-ups and other events.
